This house is on a shared beachfront site. I think it is interesting how they have built up (gathering a sea view from their back position) and used the width of what must be a now narrow area to advantage. The void between the garages is the driveway to the existing bach.
You can see the sofa in the lounge above it!
The lighting in the photo isn't very good but the uprights around the right hand garage are stone.
